Extract Email Addresses from Thunderbird

From emails in folders

1. Find where your data of Thunderbird are: go here and follow the instructions.
2. There, you have different folders. The one containing data about your email could be ImapMail, or PopMail, or a folder with the name of your email account. You will find it easily. Open it, go inside the sub-folder.
   I personally go in ImapMailimap.aol.com.
3. In this folder, you will have files with names similar to your own mail folder. Open the one with the extension .msf with a text editor (notepad, works: the lighter the better, do not use rich-featured text editors like Word).
   The operation may take some time, according to your computer and the size of the file to open.
4. Copy the content of the file, then paste it in the text box paste your text here on ExtractEmailAddress

After 2-3 minutes, you will see the result

From your address book

1. Find where your data of Thunderbird are. Go here and follow the instructions.
2. Open the file abook.mab with a text editor (the lighter the better, notepad or works are great for that, not Word)
3. Copy the content of the file, then paste it in the text box paste your text here on ExtractEmailAddress
